Your safety and satisfaction is our TOP priority so with that in mind we ask the following guidelines be followed…
What to Wear and bring
Please dress comfortably for class. Make sure if your hair is long, please tie it back and that you don’t wear jewelry. We do not wear shoes in class so please wear Toe Socks and or be in your bare feet. Try to discontinue eating one hour before class and bring bottled water with you. You are always welcome to bring your own mat but know we have one waiting for you when you arrive.
Arriving at the studio
It is important to arrive 5-10 mins before class begins. Our classes are 50 mins in length and we like to start and end at our scheduled times. When you arrive, you may park on the street but we’d prefer you park in the driveway. Our space is intimate so please be aware there may be a class in progress. Try to park on the other side of the driveway so that parked cars may exit after you have arrived.
For the courtesy of others please make sure your cell phones are left in your car. If you must bring it into the studio we ask that you turn your ringer off.
Your Health and Goals
If this is your first time to the studio please bring your Health History and Waiver with you. If something has changed along the way with regards to your health and goals it is important you make your instructor aware prior to the start of class. Please make sure we have an updated “Goal” list for you. This helps our instructors stay on track in keeping with whats most important to you.
Cancellations and No Shows
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Please respect this rule and understand the procedure is that anything less than 24 hours advance notice will result in your being charged for your class. We understand things happen and will do our best to work with you when necessary. If you are a No Show to class you will be charged for your class. If this is something that is repeated we will ask you to move to another time slot for the convenience of others. We thank you in advance for adhering to this rule!
